Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- white wine - 1/4 c
- can water chestnuts, sliced and drained - 8 oz
- can French fried onions
- can green beans, drained - 1 lb
- cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
How to make green bean casserole:
Alternate layers as follows: beans, water chestnuts, and cheese. Mix all other ingredients, except onions, thoroughly and pour over layers. Bake at 350° for 45 minute to 1 hour. Put onions on top for last 15 minutes of baking time.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Green/yellow beans.
