Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- pimento, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- can asparagus spears, drained - 15 oz
How to make marinated asparagus:
Place asparagus in a small shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously; pour over asparagus. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Yield: about 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Asparagus.
