Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- roll butter crackers Ritz - 1 item
How to make green bean and corn casserole:
Mix beans and corn. Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. Spread over beans and corn. Mix melted margarine, crushed crackers and almonds. Spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
