Greek spinach pie
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- melted butter - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 8 oz
- Feta cheese - 1/2 c
- dill - 1 tsp
- onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- fresh spinach, chopped - 1 pkg
- fillo dough - 1 pkg
How to make greek spinach pie:
Mix all ingredients together, except fillo dough, until well blended.Take fillo sheets and put one on bottom of buttered cookie sheet. Butter fillo sheet; add 7 more sheets, buttering each before layering the next. Spread filling on top. Add 7 sheets of fillo, buttering each. Cut edges overlapping pan; butter top and edges of fillo. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden brown.
