Greek spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- 10oz frozen chopped spinach thawed - 1 pkg
- container 8oz plain low-fat yogurt - 1 item
- dill weed crushed - 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable sticks - 1 item
How to make greek spinach dip:
Place spinach in a sieve; press out as much liquid as possible.Combine spinach with yogurt, dill weed and onion powder in medium-size bowl; cover and refrigerate.
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
