Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- olive oil
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 1 item
- small head lettuce - 1 item
- tomato, sliced thin - 1 item
- Calamata olives - 1 item
- pepperoncini - 1 item
- sprigs celery optional - 2 item
- purple onion, sliced thin and separated into rings - 1 item
- small cucumber, sliced thin - 1 item
How to make greek salad:
Dressing:2/3 c. olive oil1/3 c. wine vinegar1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp. oregano Break lettuce in small pieces. Place in salad bowl with other vegetables.
