Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • snipped fresh parsley - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3/4 tsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • wine vinegar - 2 3
  • olive oil - 2 3
  • tomato juice - 2 c
  • finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • drops Tabasco sauce - 3 item
  • chives - 1 tsp
  • beef bouillon - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped cucumber - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped tomato - 1 c

How to make gazpacho:

Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add bouillon; stir until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for several hours.

Accompaniments: Herbed croutons, oyster crackers, bread sticks.
