Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- snipped fresh parsley - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- wine vinegar - 2 3
- olive oil - 2 3
- tomato juice - 2 c
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- drops Tabasco sauce - 3 item
- chives - 1 tsp
- beef bouillon - 1 tsp
- finely chopped cucumber - 1/2 c
- finely chopped tomato - 1 c
How to make gazpacho:
Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add bouillon; stir until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for several hours.Accompaniments: Herbed croutons, oyster crackers, bread sticks.
