Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- sliced green onions - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium cucumber - 1 item
- fresh spinach - 2 c
- olive or canola oil - 1 Tbsp
- crumbled Feta cheese - 1/4 c
- Boston lettuce - 2 c
- pitted ripe olives, sliced - 10 item
- medium tomato, in wedges - 1 item
- Toss cucumber with remaining ingredients
How to make greek salad:
