Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 16 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • sliced green onions - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise
  • jar chopped pimento, drained - 2 oz
  • peeled, diced and cooked potatoes - 4 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Dressing:1 c. mayonnaise1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard1/2 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper Cook broccoli until crisp-tender as directed on package. Drain. Cool. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Add dressing mixture to salad mixture. Stir gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving time. Yields 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
