- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1 c
- water
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- uncooked farina - 1 c
- 2-layer size lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
- finely-shredded lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
How to make greek lemon cake:
In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix and farina. Add milk, eggs and oil. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for length of time given on cake mix package. Stir in 3/4 cup nuts. Divide batter evenly between two greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pans. BRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lemon.
