  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • cottage cheese - 6 oz
  • small onion - 1 item
  • stick oleo margarine - 1 item
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
  • chopped broccoli frozen - 10 oz

How to make greek cornbread:

Melt the oleo in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, leaving only enough oleo to coat the pan and pour the rest into the mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a fork or spoon. Pour the batter into a pan and bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. When the bread is done, top it with your favorite cheese!
