Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- cottage cheese - 6 oz
- small onion - 1 item
- stick oleo margarine - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- chopped broccoli frozen - 10 oz
How to make greek cornbread:
Melt the oleo in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, leaving only enough oleo to coat the pan and pour the rest into the mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a fork or spoon.
