Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small bottle Russian dressing - 1 item
- Lipton dried onion soup - 1 pkg
- to 10 pieces chicken what is needed - 8 item
- jar small peach or apricot preserves - 1 item
How to make great chicken:
Place washed chicken in a flat glass or metal container with sides. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1 package Lipton soup, preserves and Russian dressing over chicken. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, basting often. Cover with foil if browning too fast!Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
