Grasshopper pie

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1/2 c
• melted butter - 1/2 c
• whipping cream - 1/2 pt
• marshmallows - 20 item
• green creme de menthe
• chocolate wafer cookies, crushed to fine crumbs - 25 item
• white creme de cacao

How to make grasshopper pie:

Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and pat into bottom and sides of 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Chill.

Put marshmallows in saucepan and add milk. Heat slowly while folding mixture over and over until melted. Cool. Whip cream and when stiff, add creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in marshmallow mixture and pour into chilled crust. Refrigerate.
