  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • heavy cream
  • all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
  • pecan halves - 1 item
  • light brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • maple syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • pure maple syrup - 1 c

How to make maple-pecan pie:

Topping:1 c. heavy cream2 Tbsp. maple syrup pecan halves Beat eggs until light. Gradually beat in sugar, butter and salt until well blended and smooth. Stir in pecans and mixture in prepared crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°. Reduce oven heat to 350° and bake for 45 minutes longer. Prepare topping and top pie.
