  • Bisquick - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Mix in blender for 1 minute. Pour into pie pan and let set 5 minutes. Add 1 cup coconut on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or longer until set.
