Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- coconut - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pineapple juice - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- graham crackers, crushed - 1 lb
- Add vanilla, baking powder, crackers and milk
How to make graham cracker cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, baking powder, crackers and milk. Mix well. Add well beaten eggs, coconut, pineapple (drain and save juice) and nuts.
