Potato cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- American cheese, cubed
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- diced carrots - 1/2 c
- diced potatoes - 3 c
How to make potato cheese soup:
Cook in large saucepan the first 9 ingredients until tender. Mix flour and milk together. Add milk mixture to other ingredients. Cook until thick. Add cubed cheese and let melt.
