Golden potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- hot milk - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled about 6 medium potatoes - 2 lb
- can diced carrots, drained or 2 c - 1 oz
How to make golden potato bake:
Cook potatoes until tender; drain. Add carrots and onions. Mash while slowly adding enough milk to make light. Stir in butter. Turn into a 2-quart casserole. Dot with additional butter, if desired. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
