Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- rolled oats - 3/4 c
- ground cloves - 1/8 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground ham
- clear honey - 1 Tbsp
How to make glazed ham balls:
Glaze:1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. water2 Tbsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. prepared mustard1 Tbsp. clear honey Mix all ingredients for ham balls and form into about 4 dozen 1-inch balls. Chill. Bake for 20 minutes at 325°. Spoon off fat. Pour glaze over balls and cook for another 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Ham.
