  • graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
  • packed brown sugar
  • milk - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • cider vinegar - 3/4 c
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • ground chuck - 2 lb
  • ground pork - 1 lb
  • tomato soup
  • ground ham - 3 lb

How to make glazed ham balls:

Glaze:2 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar3/4 c. cider vinegar2 tsp. dry mustard Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 80 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. At this point, you may freeze and continue later if desired. Pour glaze over top and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 15 to 20.
