Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- packed brown sugar
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- cider vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- ground pork - 1 lb
- tomato soup
- ground ham - 3 lb
How to make glazed ham balls:
Glaze:2 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar3/4 c. cider vinegar2 tsp. dry mustard Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 80 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. At this point, you may freeze and continue later if desired. Pour glaze over top and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 15 to 20.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Ham.
