Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- soda
- lard - 1 c
- syrup - 1 c
- black pepper and ginger or you can leave the pepper out and use 2 tsp
How to make gingersnaps:
Mix all ingredients together working dough well. Add enough flour to make the consistency of biscuit dough. Roll out and cut putting on a hot pan. Bake until lightly brown in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
