Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- pecan meats - 1/2 c
- few grains salt - 1 item
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Combine syrup, sugar and butter in pan and heat to boiling. Beat the eggs and salt until light. Gradually pour hot syrup over eggs; beat constantly. Add vanilla and blend.
