Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- molasses - 1/2 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- plain flour
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- fat - 1/4 c
How to make gingerbread:
Add milk and egg to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Stir in molasses and fat. Pour batter into greased pan (square). Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
