- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- fresh vegetables - 4 c
- hot cooked rice or noodles - 1 item
- skinless, boneless chicken, cut into strips - 1 lb
How to make ginger chicken stir-fry:
In a 10-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat in 2 tablespoons hot oil, stir-fry chicken until browned and no longer pink. Remove; set aside.
