Chicken a l'orange
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- molasses - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- orange juice - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chili sauce - 1/2 c
- chicken, cut up or 8 breasts - 1 item
How to make chicken a l'orange:
Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper (put into Ziploc bag to blend and coat). Brown lightly in oil; remove to casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
