  • molasses - 1 Tbsp
  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • orange juice - 1 c
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chili sauce - 1/2 c
  • chicken, cut up or 8 breasts - 1 item

How to make chicken a l'orange:

Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper (put into Ziploc bag to blend and coat). Brown lightly in oil; remove to casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly. (May be refrigerated
