- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
How to make german pancake:
Preheat oven to 400°. Place margarine in 10-inch cast-iron skillet or tin pie plate and allow margarine to melt.Mix eggs, milk and flour. When margarine is melted, gently pour batter in the middle of skillet and bake for 30 minutes. Top with fresh lemon juice and xxx sugar, jam or jelly or syrup.
