Baked omelet
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- minced onion
- medium eggs, well beaten less large eggs - 14 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella
- seasoned salt or regular salt - 3/4 tsp
- bulk sausage, browned, crumbled and drained may use sausage links, cut up or thinly sliced ham - 1 lb
How to make baked omelet:
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and onion well. Add cooled sausage (or uncooked links or ham). Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes (glass dish at 325° for 40 minutes). Serves 12. Recipe may be halRecipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas.
