- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
How to make german pancake:
Heat oven to 450°. Melt 6 tablespoons margarine in a cake pan or cast-iron skillet in oven. Beat one minute, then pour into hot butter, the ingredients. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Top with powdered sugar and lemon juice if desired.Recipe categories: Egg, Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast.
