Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1 c
- onions, sauteed - 1/2 c
- large tomatoes, sliced in deep dish frozen pie shell - 3 item
How to make tomato quiche:
Place sauteed onions on tomatoes. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
