Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sunflower seeds - 1 item
- zucchini - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese, chopped - 3/4 c
- American cheese, chopped - 1/4 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Saute onion in margarine until clear. Steam zucchini until almost tender. Add all ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.This recipe was given to me at my bridal shower by Pauline Roettger. Her husband Hugh worked with my father in Nebraska.
