Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- nuts
- Icing:1/2 stick butter
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:1/2 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 box 10x sugar (4 c.)1 tsp. vanilla milk Mix sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs together. Sift all dry ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture. Beat with beater. Add nuts and coconut. Grease and flour 3 cake pans. Bake at 350° until done.To Make Icing: Mix butter and softened cream cheese with sugar. Add vanilla and enough milk to make mixture spreadable.
