Apple nut pudding

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• almond extract - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• beaten egg - 1 item
• walnuts - 1/2 c
• enriched flour - 1/2 c
• chopped tart apples - 1 c

How to make apple nut pudding:

Add sugar to beaten egg until sugar is dissolved. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in walnuts, apples and almond extract. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
