Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- enriched flour - 1/2 c
- chopped tart apples - 1 c
How to make apple nut pudding:
Add sugar to beaten egg until sugar is dissolved. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in walnuts, apples and almond extract. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Apple.
