Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- ground meat - 3/4 lb
- onion - 1/4 c
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make sausage quiche:
Rub meat with salt and pepper. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350° until tender. Allow 20 to 25 minutes per pound. If desired, rub meat with lemon juice before adding seasoning.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Pork.
