Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- wine vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 4 c
- chopped parsley - 4 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- finely chopped cucumber - 1 c
- snipped chives - 2 tsp
- chopped, peeled tomatoes - 2 c
- small cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
How to make gazpacho:
Mix ingredients, cover and chill thoroughly. This is low in calories and especially good in the summer with the fresh vegetables in season. Serves 12 to 16.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegan, Soups & stews.
