Ingredients/Components

  • cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can chopped ripe olives - 1 oz
  • garlic clove, minced or garlic powder - 1 item
  • can peeled tomatoes, drained well, cut up and mashed - 1 oz
  • cooking oil vegetable preferred - 3 Tbsp
  • can Ortega diced chilies - 1 oz
  • can mushroom pieces, drained well - 1 oz

How to make gazpacho dip:

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with lots of tortilla chips. All it involves is can opening!!
