Gazpacho dip
Ingredients/Components
- cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can chopped ripe olives - 1 oz
- garlic clove, minced or garlic powder - 1 item
- can peeled tomatoes, drained well, cut up and mashed - 1 oz
- cooking oil vegetable preferred - 3 Tbsp
- can Ortega diced chilies - 1 oz
- can mushroom pieces, drained well - 1 oz
How to make gazpacho dip:
Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with lots of tortilla chips. All it involves is can opening!!Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Appetizers.
