Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- snipped parsley - 4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 4 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1 c
- chopped chives - 2 tsp
- freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- tarragon wine vinegar - 5 6
- finely chopped cucumber - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce or to taste - 1 tsp
- finely chopped, peeled tomatoes fresh or canned - 2 c
How to make gazpacho:
