Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • snipped parsley - 4 tsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • olive oil - 4 Tbsp
  • tomato juice - 4 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • chopped chives - 2 tsp
  • freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped celery - 1 c
  • tarragon wine vinegar - 5 6
  • finely chopped cucumber - 1 c
  • Worcestershire sauce or to taste - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped, peeled tomatoes fresh or canned - 2 c

How to make gazpacho:

Combine in large bowl and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
