Garlic mashed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- , peeled and quartered - 10 large
- small head garlic - 1 item
How to make garlic mashed potatoes:
Heat oven to 325°. Slice about 1/4-inch from top of garlic. Wrap head in foil. Bake on oven rack 45 minutes or until soft. Cook potatoes 25 minutes. Drain. Return potatoes to pot. Unwrap garlic and squeeze paste over potatoes. Add milk, salt, butter and pepper. Mash until blended.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
