Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 1/2 3/4
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sweet potatoes - 2 lb
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook potatoes and mash. Combine all ingredients except the marshmallows. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with marshmallows and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
