Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- spaghetti - 1 item
- coarsely ground black pepper - 1 tsp
- virgin olive oil - 2/3 c
- cloves garlic, finely minced - 2 item
- reserved spaghetti cooking water - 1/2 c
How to make garlic and oil pasta:
Heat oil. Add garlic and saute until soft. Add salt and pepper. Add reserved water and blend well. Cook over low heat 1 minute. Pour over hot spaghetti and toss. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Pasta, Spaghetti, Pasta, rice and grains.
