Cheesy rotini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- beef flavored instant bouillon - 4 Tbsp
- rotini - 1/2 lb
- Cheddar cheese, divided
- can whole tomatoes, broken up undrained - 1 1/2
- medium or small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
How to make cheesy rotini:
Cook rotini. In large skillet cook ground beef, green pepper and onions. Cook until beef is done; drain grease and add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, 1 cup Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini. Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
