Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- Mix well
- powdered garlic - 1 Tbsp
- salt, pepper and basil to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped and fried - 1 item
- Kraft Mozzarella cheese, chopped fine - 1 pkg
- Ronzoni manicotti shells - 12 item
How to make manicotti:
Combine Ricotta cheese, half of Mozzarella cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill the uncooked Manicotti shells, using paring knife to fill. Pour half of sauce (below) in bottom of dish. Put in shells in single layer. Cover with other half of sauce. Cover with foil and place in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with remaining half of Mozzarella cheese.
