Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella - 8 oz
- jumbo shells - 18 item
- sauce - 2 qt
How to make stuffed shells:
Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic; cool. Add Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Spoon enough sauce to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Stuff cooked shells and place in pan. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
