Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- Bisquick mix - 3/4 c
- broccoli/cauliflower - 2 c
- chopped onion, green pepper, mushroom, celery, carrots or whatever - 1/2 c
How to make garden vegetable pie:
Grease pie plate. Mix vegetables and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese in pie plate. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
