Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- mushrooms, sliced thin - 1 c
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- head broccoli - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- plum tomatoes - 4 item
- small zucchini, sliced and quartered - 1 item
- pasta your choice, cooked - 1 lb
How to make garden pasta:
Saute all ingredients together; stir often. When veggies are tender and tomatoes dissolve, pour mixture over pasta in a Pyrex dish. Mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!Recipe categories: Pasta, Vegetarian, Pasta, rice and grains.
