Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- spaghetti - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 5 item
- medium carrots, chopped - 2 item
- to 8 green onions, chopped - 6 item
- packet Equal - 1 item
- vegetable or salad oil - 1 Tbsp
How to make garden pasta:
Put vegetables in pot and cover tightly. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Add seasonings. Recover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Add the oil and simmer for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Cook the spaghetti and drain. Toss spaghetti and sauce together.Recipe categories: Pasta, Vegetarian, Pasta, rice and grains.
