Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make fudge pie:
With electric mixer mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into middle comes out slightly "fudgy" looking. Cool, serve plain or with scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.Can also be baked without shell for an easy fudge brownie.
