Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1 item
- unsweetened chocolate - 2 sq
- packets Equal - 8 item
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- chocolate extract - 1/2 tsp
- stick lite oleo - 1 item
How to make fudge pie:
Preheat oven to 325°. Melt chocolate and oleo. Add Equal and dash of cinnamon. Add eggs, flour, vanilla and chocolate extract, beating until smooth. Spray an 8-inch glass pie pan with nonstick spray. Dust pan with cocoa. Pour mixture in. Bake 10 to 12 minutes (center will be runny). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
