Fudge pie

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1 item
• unsweetened chocolate - 2 sq
• packets Equal - 8 item
• dash of cinnamon - 1 item
• chocolate extract - 1/2 tsp
• stick lite oleo - 1 item

How to make fudge pie:

Preheat oven to 325°. Melt chocolate and oleo. Add Equal and dash of cinnamon. Add eggs, flour, vanilla and chocolate extract, beating until smooth. Spray an 8-inch glass pie pan with nonstick spray. Dust pan with cocoa. Pour mixture in. Bake 10 to 12 minutes (center will be runny). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with whipped topping if desired. Makes 6 servings.
