Fudge pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 1 c
- hot water - 3/4 c
- flour plain - 1/2 c
- deep dish pie shell - 1 item
- nondairy topping - 1 c
- 5-33 Pet milk - 1 c
How to make fudge pecan pie:
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350°. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Add hot water and stir again. With wire whip, blend in sugar, flour, salt, extract and milk. Stir until smooth. Mix in pecans and pour into pie shell.
