- Eagle Brand sweet milk - 1 (14
How to make fudge truffle cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Prepare chocolate crumb crust. Set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool, chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.Chocolate Crumb Crust:1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers)1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa1/2 c. confectioners sugar1/3 c. melted butter In medium bowl, combine wafer crumbs, cocoa, confectioners sugar and melted butter. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.Note: This is terrific served with a raspberry sauce.
