Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 3/4 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- cream of tartar
- chocolate, melted
How to make fudge cake:
Sift flour, sugar, salt and cream of tartar in bowl. Add milk, vanilla and shortening. Mix. Add melted chocolate, then mix. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes, then add baking soda and water; beat for 1 minute. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
